PRE-ORDER Body Has Other Plans - Affirmation Cards for Chronic Illness | 52 Cards + Limited Edition Holographic

For the days your body has other plans.

52 short cards for chronic illness, chronic pain and fluctuating energy, split into red, amber and green. Check in with how your body feels today, then pull from that colour. Pacing, guilt, cancelling plans, being believed, and the days that are somehow both. No "have you tried yoga". No five-step plan. Just something kind to read when your body won't take instructions.

Pull one on a flare day. Keep one by the bed for the 3am ones. Leave one in your hospital bag. Affirmation on the front. A word from Wise Frog on the back. Plus one holographic card.
