Refund policy

All of my products are custom made to order, which means I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective on arrival.

I also can’t accept returns for opened items, worn clothing, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so I can make it right.
